An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Presentation Production Operational Manager within the Train Presentation Department, based in area 3 (Colchester, Clacton, Ipswich, Harwich)
The Role
You will be responsible for providing clean, safe and presentable trains through the direct management of teams within your area of responsibility with a key emphasis on performance and safety. Responsibilities will include ensuring a high standard of train cleanliness is achieved on all interior and exterior train units operated by Greater Anglia through the daily monitoring of work in progress and finished work and assessing the competency of presentation staff to required standard.
Within this role, you will also be responsible for the delivery of company objectives with regards to safety, performance, reputation, customer service and costs whilst following Greater Anglia values: genuine, professional, inclusive and pro-active.
The Train Presentation Department operates 24 hours a day so full flexibility will be required for the undertaking of early, late and night visits. This role has a particular emphasis on night working.
Previous experience in a similar role is needed as well as knowledge of cleaning processes and methodology.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a colleague who has had previous experience within a similar role, and experience managing a large team. You should be flexible in your working hours and shifts.
You should have experience using Microsoft Office Suite Application knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and have the ability to communicate and write effectively.
You must have a clean driving licence to enable night time site visits using a company pool vehicle.
