Join Our Team as an Train Presentation Working Team Leader at Cambridge Sidings,

The Role 

Within this role you will be responsible for providing clean, safe, and presentable trains through the direct management of Train Presentation team at Cambridge Sidings. You will ensure that a high standard of train cleanliness is achieved on all interior and exterior train units operated by AEA through the daily monitoring of work in progress, finished work, and assessing the competency of presentation staff to required standard. 

You will also be responsible for the delivery of company objectives with regards to safety, performance, reputation, customer service and costs whilst following AEA values genuine, professional, inclusive, and pro-active. 

This position is based on Nights only and shift times are from 19:00-0345 (35h per week). The role also involves weekend working with one weekend off and one weekend working.

What we are looking for 

Previous experience in a similar role is essential and knowledge of train cleaning processes and methodology is needed. 

You should be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite Application knowledge (Word, Excel) and have the ability to communicate effectively and possess oral and written skills. The successful applicants will be able to deliver under pressure and be adaptable to changing priorities.
