- Average 35 hours per week (shift-based, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays) this is on a week on week of basis.
- You must be able to arrange your own transport for early/late shifts. Earliest shift is from 0500am, and latest shift finishes by 2300pm.

We are currently forward planning for any future roles that may come up to join our Customer Service Team as a Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operator based at Shenfield, Billericay and Southend Victoria Station. This advert is for future positions. The role could be either a Static or GPR Relief role.

About the Role:
In this part time role, as an ATG Operator, you’ll be the friendly face of Greater Anglia, delivering exceptional customer service while helping passengers travel smoothly and safely. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers at the gateline and ensuring the safe, tidy and efficient operation of the gates
- Helping to prevent ticketless travel and fraudulent activity
- Reporting any faults and issues promptly
