Role Details  

  • You will be working an average of 35 hours per week. Shifts will take place between 05:45 am and 00:30, including a combination of earlies, middles and lates.
  • You must be able to arrange your own transport to ensure timely arrival for early and late shifts. Full training and a uniform are provided upon joining. 
  • Please note that applicants must be 18 years of age or older. 
  • It is a requirement that candidates can reliably travel to and from their agreed booking location at the scheduled times.

Join Our Team as a Ticket Office Clerk at Stansted Airport.   

The Role  

  • Primary responsibilities include greeting customers, selling tickets, addressing customer inquiries and emphasizing a customer service-oriented approach with a friendly demeanor. 
  • Ensure adherence to safety, security, and cash regulations while maintaining ticket machines. 
  • Utilise company systems such as Fujitsu Star (ticket office sales machine) and Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs).

  • Are calm under pressure, able to think on their feet, and able to handle various situations   
  • Possess a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team  
  • Take pride in providing top-notch customer service and passionate in ensuring customer safety   
  • Have team spirit and bring your unique self to strengthen our team and foster a positive work environment.  
  • Have familiarity using new technology such as smartphones to assist customers.
