Role Details
- You will be working an average of 35 hours per week
- A combination of early, late, night weekend and bank holidays.
- Earliest shift times will start at 0600 am, latest finish 02:00am.
- You must be able to arrange your own transport to ensure timely arrival.
- It is a requirement that candidates can reliably travel to and from their agreed booking location at the scheduled times.
- Full training and uniform are provided upon joining.
- Please note that applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- The successful applicant will be required to attend a medical, as all offers are subject to passing a safety critical medical.

About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide a safe environment whilst delivering effective customer service and seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience at our station.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Create a welcoming environment while providing pro-active assistance to customers on and off trains.
- Maintain and feel comfortable providing top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Support customers with mobility impairments to ensure a smooth journey.
- Collaborate with Drivers and Conductors to ensure smooth communication and service.
- Comply with safety regulations, reporting faults and hazards as necessary, as you will be responsible for the safe and punctual dispatch of trains. You’ll be invited to a 5-day Dispatch course.
- Collaborate with other areas of the business when required to ensure operational efficiency, whilst providing support and assistance to customers during disruption.
