An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Fleet Planning Manager as part of the centralised Fleet Planning team.

Key Role and Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the overall management of planned preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with the published maintenance intervals.
  • Building a plan that meets engineering requirements, considering operational needs and availability requirements.
  • Establish and maintain a maintenance plan, taking into account scheduled maintenance requirements and load and capacity constraints.
  • Produce and issue pre-planned lists of scheduled and unscheduled engineering work (LOW), taking into account planned depot resources, materials and tools.
  • Provide liaison to prioritise unscheduled defects arriving on depot, considering impact on operational and engineering maintenance programme.
  • Deputise for the senior planning engineer as requested.
  • To spend all resources made available by the production teams, included in this is the measurement and KPI production.
  • Maintain consistent availability of the fleet, measuring both AM and PM peaks.
