We have an excellent opportunity within the Customer Service team for a Duty Station Manager.

As part of a newly awarded long term franchise, Greater Anglia will be investing £1.4bn in new trains, staff facilities and colleague development and in the process transforming the customer journey experience for millions of our customers on a daily basis. We are now actively recruiting for assistant area customer service managers, capable of leading this change.

Your key duties will be to support the area customer service manager to deliver the business plan within your area. You will have a track record of driving revenue growth in new and innovative ways, be able to give examples of how you have inspired others to deliver excellent customer service and be ready to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.

You will already be an excellent customer service manager, who can lead, engage, and coach your teams inspiring them to provide an outstanding customer service. Just as importantly, you’re excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to quickly build relationships with key external stakeholders, trade unions and cross functional groups, throughout your area.
