An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent HR Administrator in our Human Resources Department, who will support and assist the HR Team by providing generalist administrative support to include HR, Recruitment and Training.
We are looking for a proactive, positive individual who is results and solution focused with outstanding organisational skills and the ability to adapt ways of working to respond to changes in priorities.
Duties include:

Act as first point of contact to HR – answering calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Training administration for CPC, City & Guilds and Hello London to include uploading training records on various systems, issuing certificates, producing reports, liaising with external contacts, and taking part in audits to ensure compliance with guidelines and accreditation.

To collate statistics for monthly reports for submission to the Management team and/or Leadership team

Monitor and maintain HR email inbox, responding to queries or forwarding to the relevant personnel for action

Support the collation and reproduction of documents for employee relations cases and bundles for employment tribunals when required.

Arrange random Drug and Alcohol testing as required

Arrange occupational health appointments, collate referral documents and circulate reports

Log various pieces of information in computer systems and spreadsheets

Support recruitment by circulating internal job advertisements, updating the applicant tracker system (Harbour), shortlisting, interviewing, applying for references, contacting candidates and advising of progress, setting up new starters on company systems and ensuring new starter files are complete

Place purchase orders on Freeway and goods receipting.

General administration duties including photocopying, scanning staff files, opening, recording and distributing post, filing, archiving, booking meeting rooms, ordering stationary and minute-taking as required
All candidates must:

Be organised with excellent attention to detail;

Have previous administration experience, preferably in an HR department

Have effective communications skills, including written, verbal and presentational skills;

Be able to work accurately and efficiently;

Be comfortable working as a part of a team and equally on own initiative;
-
Have strong IT skills, particularly Word and Excel;
- Have a flexible approach and be prepared to work outside normal hours and across all sites if required, to meet deadlines and assist with Open Days over the weekend.
