About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and experienced desktop support analyst to join our busy IT department.  This role which is based in central London, will provide IT support to up to 80 people in London and adhoc remote support to 120 colleagues in Scotland.

Support will be via email, face to face, and over the phone to a range of end users including senior business executives; business support and BID team, contractors and visiting operating company colleagues.

  • Windows 7 / 10
  • Office 365
  • sharepoint
  • mobile phone support (iPhones)
