Platform Host – Train Dispatch

This advert is for *Current & Future Positions* as they arise within Stratford Station Train Dispatch teams.

Main Duties:

A platform host providing train dispatch, customer service and assistance at this busy location.

You will be meeting and greeting customers and answering their enquiries, so you will need to be customer service focused, friendly and approachable with the ability to work within a team and be pro-active. 

What we are looking for:

You will have a high level of professionalism, positive attitude, and be pro-active, friendly and open when dealing with our customers. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are crucial to this role. You will remain calm under pressure, show integrity, and be flexible and adaptable to change.

This is a Safety critical position, which may require working on earlies, lates, nights and weekends.

This role includes working at Stratford during extremely busy special events that are held at the London Stadium (Olympic Stadium).
