Customer Service Relief - Dispatch

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join our team in the Chelmsford area as a Customer Service Relief Dispatcher.

Role and Accountability:

The post holder will be required to cover dispatch and platform duties at multiple locations, which includes 2 hub stations, on a 3 shifted basis. This will include early, late and night shifts, with weekend working also involved. The post holder will be required to undertake light station cleaning as part of his / her duties. The post holder will work an average of 35 hours per week.

Experience, knowledge and Qualifications Required:

Experience in dispatching trains safely is highly desirable, although training in this will be provided for the right candidate. Successful candidates must possess excellent customer service skills and a proactive, can do attitude.
