Level 1 Delay Attribution Manger

We have a great opportunity within our Train Service Delivery Team for a Level 1 Delay Attribution Manager.

Role and Accountability

The purpose of this role is to work alongside Greater Anglia and National Rail colleagues to investigate delay causing incidents as they occur. The role will require the ability to liaise directly with train crew, station staff and National Rail staff to investigate delay causing incidents ensuring they are accurately recorded to reflect the true root cause, enabling the business to make more informed decisions in tackling performance matters.

Experience, knowledge and Qualifications Required

The ideal candidate should have an inquisitive mind, with the ability to challenge colleagues in a cooperative manner. A knowledge of the railway is desirable.
