Finance Analyst
An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Finance Team on a permanent basis as a Finance Analyst, based in One Stratford Place, reporting directly to the Senior Project Accountant.
Role and Accountability
In this post you will critically analyse and report on all areas of current and future financial performance of specific Departments/Projects, thereby ensuring a sound basis for management control and decision making. You will be involved with the preparation and communication of periodic reporting pack including variances to budget and latest forecast, including identifying key issues for discussion at finance reviews, and produce quarterly forecasts to accurately reflect the latest financial position, identifying additional risks and opportunities. You will provide the financial expertise to support business in assessing Capital and Operating Cost business cases, and build close working relationships with and work alongside Budget Holders, Directors and members of local management teams.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications Required
The candidate must be at least part qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent), and from a strong Financial Analysis background.
