CCTV Download Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen in the safety, security and sustainability team for a CCTV download coordinator. With the introduction of a new fleet of trains and latest CCTV systems and technology on our stations, the role will play a pivotal role in keeping our customers and colleagues safe and secure.

Role and Accountability

The CCTV download coordinator is responsible for coordinating all CCTV image download activities, managing internal and external requests for CCTV images from police agencies and senior managers, coordinating the chain of custody process, implementing CCTV standards and ensuring compliance with data handling requirements.

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications Required

The ideal candidate will be well organised and be able to prioritise workloads and demonstrate an inquisitive nature and attention to detail, as well as having good computer skills i.e. Microsoft 365 applications. Training will be provided on bespoke industry systems.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, if they do not already possess an up to date one.
