As part of the strategy, we are now looking to recruit a Training Administrator on a full-time permanent basis, with responsibility for the administrative activities of the team, and day to day running of the Training and Development Centre – providing excellent customer service for our visitors and colleagues alike.

Some of the key activities you will be involved with include:

• Coordinating the end-to-end administration process to ensure training programmes are delivered efficiently
• Liaising with suppliers
• Scheduling and preparing training material
• Maintaining accurate records and reports in line with industry standards
• Stock control and distribution of supplies within the training centre
• Processing invoices and purchase orders - ensuring costs are aligned with agreed budgets
• Overseeing external contractors’ visits, deliveries, and maintenance
• Acting as the point of contact with the premises managers and Safety Team

To succeed in the role, you will ideally demonstrate:

• Excellent customer services skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Previous practical experience in coordination and administration, within a HR or training team
• Experienced in working with Learning Management Systems and business software such as Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint.
• Experience in working with purchase order and finance systems
• Flexibility – able to work on multiple activities and projects at any given time
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team.
