As part of the strategy, we are now looking to recruit a Training Administrator on a full-time permanent basis, with responsibility for the administrative activities of the team, and day to day running of the Training and Development Centre – providing excellent customer service for our visitors and colleagues alike.
Some of the key activities you will be involved with include:
- Coordinating the end-to-end administration process to ensure training programmes are delivered efficiently
- Liaising with suppliers
- Scheduling and preparing training material
- Maintaining accurate records and reports in line with industry standards
- Stock control and distribution of supplies within the training centre
- Processing invoices and purchase orders - ensuring costs are aligned with agreed budgets
- Overseeing external contractors’ visits, deliveries, and maintenance
- Acting as the point of contact with the premises managers and Safety Team
To succeed in the role, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Excellent customer services skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Previous practical experience in coordination and administration, within a HR or training team
- Experienced in working with Learning Management Systems and business software such as Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint.
- Experience in working with purchase order and finance systems
- Flexibility – able to work on multiple activities and projects at any given time
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team.
