An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Greater Anglia's Talent Resourcing & Development Team as a Learning and Development Facilitator. This is a permanent position which will be based at our Training Academy in Stratford, as well as our Head office which is based at One Stratford Place (OSP).
The Role
The primary focus of this role is to consult, design, deliver, and evaluate the core learning and development initiatives, in line with Greater Anglia’s learning and Customer Experience strategies, KPIs and objectives.
The role will entail designing and delivering two of Greater Anglia's flagship programmes which are Onboarding and Customer Experience. You will be required to ensure that content is aligned to core business goals, whilst placing customers at the heart of everything we do.
This role will include frequent delivery of 'Welcome on Board' to ensure that new joiners receive a positive first experience of Greater Anglia, as well as feeling a sense of inclusivity and belonging. Duties will also include designing and delivering bespoke development solutions for frontline colleagues based on the needs of the business and/or demand.
The role will be pivotal in the success of Greater Anglia's new Customer Experience programme, supporting our commitment to improve the customer journey. By collaborating with the Customer Experience team, the successful candidate will ensure the effective design of training in line with the Service Quality Regime (SQR).
Within this role, you will act as an internal and external ambassador of the Greater Anglia Customer Experience (CX) programmes. You will be required to deliver company-wide programmes and be responsible to support a core area of the business (CX) ensuring training needs are explored, met, and utilised using a blended learning approach.
The role will support other learning initiatives in a busy and fast-paced environment as and when required.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a colleague who has some experience in training with a supported qualification (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards achieving a training and development qualification. The successful colleague should have a high level of self-motivation and have a good understanding of how effective training and development programmes can impact delivery of the business objectives or results.
The ideal candidate will be confident to facilitate group learning in a face-to-face environment, as well as delivering Greater Anglia's blended learning approach. The candidate will have a passion for creating interactive and engaging content, with a strong commitment to enhance the Customer Experience through innovative training design.
Strong administration skills are essential in this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a good knowledge of the skills and abilities required to fulfil a management role and demonstrates professionalism and standards of behaviour.
