Transport UK Rail Replacement provides a specialist service to the UK Rail Industry when train services are disrupted by planned engineering work or emergency incidents. Our highly experienced rail replacement team offer a fully managed service for the provision of coaches, buses, small vehicles, and taxis.

Transport UK Rail Replacement is seeking a passionate industry auditing professional to step into a crucial Remote Engineering and Compliance Auditor role.

 

You will conduct in-depth remote and on-site audits in and around the south on of England (London & home counties) of TUKs bus and coach operator suppliers, verifying adherence to quality, regulatory, and engineering best practices.

 

Combining advanced auditing technologies with on-location assessments, you will dive deep to evaluate maintenance protocols, inspect equipment, analyse operational data, review certification records, and more.

 

This role is perfect for someone who has previous experience or transferable industry knowledge to allow you as a representative of TUK RR to audit transport operations, you will take pride in upholding strict standards, and believe in the importance of suppliers and operators working collaboratively to achieve excellence.

 

You will:

  • Travel regionally to lead rigorous supplier audits
  • Identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare reports with clarity, detail, and purpose
  • Build relationships based on trust and accountability

 

We require:

  • Significant experience conducting transport industry audits or transferable skills
  • In-depth knowledge of regulations and standards
  • An audit background
  • Tact, confidence, and integrity
