West Midlands Trains has an exciting opportunity for a Resource Delivery Manager to work in our Operations directorate, supporting the Traincrew Management function of the business. The role is permanent position covering the London Northwestern Railway (LNR) lines and will be located from our Bletchley depot.

The Resource Delivery Manager will lead, develop and manage the Duty Train Crew Managers and Duty Operations Managers ensuring the availability and subsequent deployment of sufficient traincrew resources to meet the timetabled train service commitments.

The ideal candidate will have Good understanding and experience of rostering, and general Traincrew Conditions of Service. Be a strong performer in budgetary control, and the general management of costs and also demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
