We are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead the development, and introduction of a range of operational transformation projects and deliver into use the equipment and infrastructure that will deliver customer benefits on time and within budget.

In return we are looking for an individual with the following skills:

• Project Management within a highly regulated and unionised environment
• Knowledge of rules and regulations associated with train driving
• Knowledge of Driver terms and conditions
• Knowledge of a range operational working environments
• Knowledge of West Midlands Trains operations and geography
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards
• Experience in planning and engagement
